1. Pick a place nearby (an orange grove, for example)
2. Get a job for a hubby (pulling a cart loaded with oranges and kids)
3. Get kids playing in the playground
4. Relax in the sun (or shade)
Too simple? Not for us, I tell you. Everyone was happy. Well, Misha managed to fall two times and bump his head. But, at the end everyone returned home happy and rested. What is it about nature and simplicity of life that relaxes us? Is it the eternal circle of life, the constant buzz around us from a little bee to a pouncing kitten? Is it a rooster's cock-a-doodle-doo or an intoxicating aroma of blooming orange groves? One day I'll learn the answers to all these questions. But right now, I'll just relax and enjoy the calm and order of it all.
My 3-year old son is at the age of wonderful blurbs, funny and hilarious.
Here are some of them: 1. Pointing to his sneakers, said: "Here are my SKETCHERS!" (where did he get that from, remains mystery) 2. "Blast this shoe!" is another one of those movie-related blurbs (read a post in the blog) 3. If he hears someone say "stupid" or anything else bad, he says: "O-o-o-o, that's a bad word..."
I'll update the list further upon the blurb-production.
Here are a few of the late ones: 4. "That was totally wicked!" (came from Incredibles, used anytime, anywhere exciting) 5. I hope this one will stay. "Mommy, I love you!" (again, used anywhere, anytime, even in front of other people, yay, makes me happy)
